By accessing or using CIOS, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into legally binding agreements to use CIOS.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

When listing equipment, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for the equipment you list and its condition.

When renting equipment, you agree to return it in the same condition as received, subject to reasonable wear and tear. Some listings offer flexible rental durations (hourly, daily, or weekly) and optional delivery — the applicable rate and any delivery fee will be shown to you before you confirm your booking.

All payments are processed securely through our payment provider. You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of CIOS.

CIOS charges a service fee of 7.9% of the total booking value, calculated on the rental amount plus any applicable delivery fee. The fee amount is disclosed prior to booking and is non-refundable except as required by law.

Cancellation and refund policies are set by CIOS and may vary by listing. Please review the applicable policy before booking.

Renters are responsible for any damage to or loss of equipment during the rental period, except for normal wear and tear. Listers must promptly report any issues to CIOS.

You may not:

• Use CIOS for unlawful purposes
• List prohibited or stolen items
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for any content you post or share on CIOS. You grant CIOS a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the platform.

All content and materials on CIOS, except user content, are the property of CIOS or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws.

Your use of CIOS is subject to our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

CIOS may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties.

CIOS may suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

CIOS is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CIOS and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CIOS and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which CIOS operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of CIOS will be resolved through binding arbitration or as otherwise required by law.

CIOS may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes, and your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

CIOS may offer a referral program allowing users to earn platform credit or fee waivers by referring new users. Referral credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be applied toward future CIOS service fees. CIOS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the referral program at any time, and to revoke any credit obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or duplicate-account activity without notice.
