Payment Methods

We've partnered with Stripe to handle all payments safely and securely. Stripe is one of the world's leading payment platforms - fast, trusted, and built to protect both renters and listers.

Getting Paid (For Listers)

If you plan to list equipment on our platform, you'll need to onboard to Stripe so you can receive payouts.

This is quick and easy - you can complete your Stripe onboarding directly under Profile Settings once your account is created.

Once set up, payouts are sent directly to your bank account within 2-4 business days after a completed order.

Note: You don't need to onboard to Stripe if you're only renting equipment - this is only required for listers.

Fees

We take a small service fee from each successful order to cover:

  • Secure payment processing
  • Platform support and maintenance
  • Ongoing improvements and security updates

Fees are transparent and clearly displayed during checkout and in your payout summary.

Accepted Payment Methods

Currently, we accept all major credit and debit cards through Stripe, including:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • American Express

We're also working on adding PayPal and other payment options in the near future.

Refunds & Disputes

If a payment issue or dispute arises, our support team is here to help. Email us at support@cios.net.au with the order details, and we'll review the situation to reach a fair resolution.
