How It Works

Step 1: Create an Account

Get started by signing up for a free account. Once you've joined, you can choose to:

• List your equipment for others to rent, or
• Browse and rent equipment from other users in your area.

You can do both - all from one account.

Step 2: For Listers - Add Your Equipment

Head to your My Listings page to manage everything you rent out.

• Active Listings: Add new products or edit existing ones. Include clear photos, descriptions, and rental prices to attract renters.
• Orders: See all incoming rental requests in one place.
• Calendar: Keep track of which items are booked and when they'll be available again.

Once your listing is live, renters can find it, book it, and you'll be notified when someone places an order.

Step 3: For Renters - Book What You Need

Visit your My Rentals page to view:

• Upcoming Rentals: See what you've booked and when to pick it up or expect delivery.
• Past Rentals: Keep track of your rental history and repeat orders easily.

Simply browse listings, choose your dates, and send a booking request. Once confirmed, you'll receive all the details you need to complete the rental.

Step 4: Manage Payments & Orders

All payments are handled securely through our integrated system. You'll receive confirmation for every booking, and both parties can track order status through their dashboard.

Step 5: Pick Up, Use, and Return

Coordinate pickup or delivery with the lister via email. We do not give out exact addresses for security.

After your rental period, return the item in the same condition. Once complete, both sides can leave a review to help build trust in the community.
